I work with university research teams at any stage of a study—from a proposal that needs a defensible power analysis to a finished dataset that needs modeling and a methods section.
Most of my work is in autism and neurodivergent research, but the methods travel, and I consult beyond that focus when the fit is right. Whatever the design, the goal is the same: analysis you can defend in review and build on in the next grant.
Study Design & Power Analysis
The earlier I'm involved, the stronger the submission. Sample-size and power analysis for multilevel, longitudinal, and mediation designs, plus analysis plans built to survive review.
Statistical Analysis
Modeling once the data are in—multilevel and mixed models, SEM, mediation and moderation, GEE, and longitudinal methods, with principled handling of missing data. Quantitative and mixed-methods designs alike.
Grants & Manuscripts
Power sections and analysis plans for federal and foundation proposals—including serving as your named statistician—plus results, methods, and reviewer responses through to publication.
How It Works
Most engagements start with a short conversation about where your study is and what you need. From there, the arrangement fits the work: hourly for focused analysis, project-based for a defined deliverable, or written into your grant as named personnel with salary support. You don't need to have it all figured out first—scoping the problem is part of the job. I can join at the proposal stage, mid-study, or when the data are already sitting there waiting.
