Iris Analytical Consulting is led by Benjamin Covington, an autistic biostatistician who partners with university research teams on autism and neurodivergent research. With a Ph.D. in Neuroscience, peer-reviewed publications in the field, and an active role as a community advocate on neurodivergent research projects, he brings something a stats core can't: methodological rigor paired with genuine, lived understanding of the people the research serves—from proposal-stage power analysis through to publication.
